Yin Yoga & Sound Bath in the Arcade 6pm - 7.15pm (75 Mins)

Step off the high street and into a hidden urban oasis. For this special 1-hour and 15-minute extended session at Newport Arcade, the shutters come down completely—locking out the busy outside world to create a private, candlelit cocoon of deep relaxation and stress relief.

We begin with 45 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga. These classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, focusing on a holistic approach that blends physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. Led by Lyndsey, your instructor, you'll be guided through each step, connecting more deeply with your body and mind in a supportive community environment.

We then transition into 30 minutes of pure sound healing. As you rest in stillness, the soothing vibrations of the sound bath will wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system and beautifully integrate your physical practice.
