It is 90 minutes a week dedicated entirely to your body, emotional landscape, and energy field. Is This for You? Please take a moment to review our policy for individual sessions: Session Booking & Payment: All sessions are booked individually and require full payment upfront to confirm your appointment. Please book your session in advance to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. To get the most out of your experience, I recommend arriving a few minutes early. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you, based on availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and a new session will need to be booked and paid for.
