Step off the high street and into a hidden, distraction-free space. By lowering the shutters of our Newport Arcade location, we lock out the busy outside world to create an exclusive, meditative environment for your practice.

In this supportive, non-heated space, Lyndsey will guide you through the classic 26+2 Hatha yoga sequence—26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Because the shutters are down, you can completely leave the outside world behind and focus entirely inward.

Suitable for all levels, this session helps to detoxify and rejuvenate the body while calming the nervous system. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, the flow is accessible, energizing, and deeply grounding.
