We’ll discuss where stress and physical tension are currently locked in your body (such as your shoulders, hips, lower back, or jaw) so I can design your custom 3-hour sequence ahead of time. When you arrive at the studio, every minute is dedicated entirely to your recovery: Phase 1: Welcome & Grounding Tea (15 Mins) Arrive, drop your bags, and settle into the quiet space over a cup of herbal tea while we ground your focus before stepping onto the mat. Phase 2: Precision Yin Yoga (75 Mins) Targeted, fully supported Yin Yoga postures tailored specifically to the physical tension map we created during your call. Releasing anything held in the body and allowing the whole body to relax. Phase 3: Yoga Nidra, Reiki & Acoustic Sound Bath (90 Mins) Settle comfortably with bolsters and blankets for dedicated 1-to-1 Reiki energy work, a guided Yoga Nidra meditation ("yogic sleep") to bring your brainwaves into deep theta recovery states, and a quartz bowl sound bath to anchor the integration.
