Join us at the Ridgeway Community Centre for our 26+2 Hatha Yoga Course in Newport—a 6-week journey through the classic sequence. This powerful practice features 26 foundational postures and 2 therapeutic breathing exercises designed to systematically rejuvenate the entire body from the inside out. Unlike traditional hot yoga studios, we practice in a comfortable, non-heated environment—making the sequence incredibly accessible, focused, and deeply energizing. Why Join This Series? Series Details & Investment: Where: Ridgeway Community Centre It’s been two and a half years since I last updated my course prices, and I frequently get told my classes are too cheap! I want to keep my teaching sustainable while ensuring I honour every student and never price anyone out of a consistent practice. There is no judgment on whichever option you choose—please select whichever fits your budget: 1. Standard Rate (£45): The baseline investment for the 6-weeks (£7.50/class). 2. Supporter Rate (£50): A small step up if you'd like to offer extra support (£8.33/class). 3. Gratitude Rate (£55): An extra contribution for those who wish to offer a higher financial exchange to support my work and the further development of my business (£9.17/class). Prefer flexibility?
