Traditional Usui Reiki is a gentle yet powerful 1-to-1 energy therapy designed to soothe an overworked nervous system, ease mental stress, and restore balance to your body and mind. What to Expect: - 1-to-1 Consultation & Intentions: A gentle check-in to discuss where you are holding physical or emotional tension. - 60-Minute Usui Reiki Treatment: Fully clothed and comfortably supported on the massage table, Lyndsey uses light hands-on placement or subtle non-touch techniques to encourage energy flow and deep relaxation. - Integration & Grounding: Soft guidance back to wakefulness, leaving you grounded, lighter, and aligned. Whether you are recovering from burnout, navigating emotional stress, or simply seeking an hour of quiet sanctuary, this session offers a space to pause and reconnect.
Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to review our policy for individual sessions: Session Booking & Payment: All sessions are booked individually and require full payment upfront to confirm your appointment. Please book your session in advance to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. To get the most out of your experience, I recommend arriving a few minutes early. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you, based on availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and a new session will need to be booked and paid for.
