Our Yin Yoga classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We focus on a holistic approach that blends physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. Each session is carefully crafted to help you deepen your practice while promoting relaxation and stress relief. Led by Lyndsey, your instructor, you'll be guided through each step, connecting more deeply with your body and mind in a supportive community environment. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Peace Yogi. I'm so excited to work with you on your wellness journey. Please take a moment to review our policy for individual sessions: For all bookings, please go to my booking site https://thepeaceyogi.simplybook.it/v2/#book or get in touch on 07891004326 where I can book you in personally. Session Booking & Payment: All sessions are booked individually and require full payment upfront to confirm your appointment. Please book your session in advance to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. To get the most out of your experience, I recommend arriving a few minutes early. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you, based on availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and a new session will need to be booked and paid for.
