Service Description
While school's in, this is your time to pause. Join us for a Yoga Nidra and Reiki session in Newport at my cosy Allt-yr-yn home studio, open for an intimate group to rest and recalibrate. We'll begin with a short grounding, the move into a yoga nidra - a deeply restful guided practice where you lie down, soften completely, and let your nervous system really unwind. After that, we'll move into a soft group reiki session (hands off or light laying-on, always gentle and respectful.) This is a small, cushioned, no kids-allowed space just for you. No need to bring anything except a bottle of water. everything else will be here for you, ready and waiting. Please Note: I’m often told my prices are too cheap! While I need to value my time and energy, it’s deeply important that I honour every client and never price anyone out of receiving support. There is zero judgment on whichever option you select—choose whichever fits your budget: 1. Standard Rate: The baseline investment for your session. 2. Supporter Rate: A small step up if you'd like to offer extra support. 3. Gratitude Rate: An extra contribution for those who wish to offer a higher financial exchange to support my work and the further development of my business.

Please take a moment to review our policy for individual sessions: Session Booking & Payment: All sessions are booked individually and require full payment upfront to confirm your appointment. Please book your session in advance to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. To get the most out of your experience, I recommend arriving a few minutes early. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you, based on availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and a new session will need to be booked and paid for.
