'Yoga with Lyndsey is something I look forward to each week!

I had never done yin yoga before so wasn’t sure what to expect but I absolutely love it! The session has you feeling calm and refreshed, even with an added giggle. Lyndsey is,l clearly passionate about what she does, so welcoming and has this lovely ora about her!

Highly recommend.
